Read Write Inc £3500 Purchase and train all staff in RWI and buy resources for RWI PP children have same progress and attainment as non PP children 100% pass rate for year one phonics.  TAs upskilled to  impact positively on all children’s reading and writing. Employ 0.5 intervention teacher £4500 Intervention teacher to accelerate learning for PP children not on track As above See ARE table below.  Particular impact on upper KS2.
Fund school trips and residentials £900 Enable all pupils to access residential visit for outdoor and adventurous and team building PP experiences at school not limited due to lack of funding. This to have positive impact on confidence, aspirations and world knowledge 88% of children took part in residential trips, having an impact on confidence and self esteem.
